This document (along with any documents it references) outlines the terms and conditions for ordering and receiving any items (“Items”) from zimbabalooba.co.za. Please take a moment to carefully read these terms and conditions.
After selecting the Items you want from our online store, simply choose your size, color, and quantity. Then, click the “add to cart” button to add your selections to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking on the “checkout” button located at the top right of the page. Enter your shipping address, contact details, and choose your preferred shipping method. You can still edit or remove Items from your cart at this stage. If different from your shipping address, enter your billing details during payment. Once everything is confirmed, review your order and proceed by clicking the “Place Order” button.
Your order will be confirmed by an Order Shipping Confirmation. We are only obligated to supply the Items listed in the confirmation. Any additional items in your order will not be dispatched until confirmed separately.
We aim to fulfill your order by the date specified in your Order Shipping Confirmation, or within 30 days from the confirmation date, unless extraordinary circumstances arise.
While we sell products suitable for children, purchases on zimbabalooba.co.za are restricted to individuals aged 18 years and older. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or make changes to your account if we determine user conduct violates laws or our interests.
All prices on zimbabalooba.co.za are displayed with VAT included, where applicable, and exclude shipping charges. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the destination country. For detailed shipping information, please check our FAQ page.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment
Payment can be made via the methods available during checkout. You are responsible for all charges incurred by the use of your payment method, including any applicable taxes.
Security
Your payment details are securely encrypted during transmission, processed through a third-party service provider that meets the necessary security standards.
Transfer of Ownership
You will own the Items only after full payment has been received, including any applicable delivery charges. Items are delivered by an independent carrier, and ownership risk transfers to you at the time of delivery.
All returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return Items.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase for all returns.
UK Returns: For UK orders, use our return portal to generate a prepaid return label (with a £3.00 cost deducted from your refund). A £2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover processing.
International Returns: For non-UK orders, return postage and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid loss or damage during transit.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please initiate the return process, providing clear images of the fault and associated tags. If approved, you can return the item for a replacement or refund within 14 days. Prepaid labels will be provided for UK returns.
Incorrect Items: For incorrect items received, please follow the return process and attach images of the item. Returns are accepted within 14 days.
Damaged in Transit: If items are damaged during shipping, please report the damage within 48 hours and follow the return process for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges: UK orders only. Exchanges must be for items of equal price. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds: Refunds are available for full-priced items within 30 days. Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping charges are non-refundable). “Pre-Loved” items are not eligible for refunds.
We make every effort to display the correct color of our products, but due to monitor variations, we cannot guarantee the color accuracy of items viewed on your device.
All notices should be directed to hello@zimboluba.co.za. We may communicate with you through the email or postal address provided during checkout. Notices are considered received immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after email is sent, or three days after a letter is mailed.
These terms and conditions are binding for both parties and their successors. You may not transfer any rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations at any time.
To access certain parts of our website or make recurring purchases, you may need a username and password. These are confidential, and you agree to keep them secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss due to your failure to comply with security obligations.
We are not liable for failure to fulfill any obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or shipping delays. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues caused by a Force Majeure Event.
Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future. Any waiver must be in writing.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
Entire Agreement
These terms represent the full agreement between us and supersede any previous agreements. Neither party has relied on representations outside of these terms.
Applicable Law and Language
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in the non-exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts. However, you have the option to choose the court in your residence after one month of being informed of this clause.
