How to log a return or exchange request
- Notify us within 10 days of receipt of goods with your order number and a description of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- If the goods are not defective and you are wanting to exchange or refund for some other reason, we may ask for a handling fee to process your request.
- Please inform us as to when we can send Courier Guy to collect a parcel from you with the garment(s) you wish to return/swap.

7002 - Goods in transit remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
- In the event that a request is made, to exchange after 10 days from purchase, we will still try to assist in reasonable circumstances.
Swops
If you wish to swop your purchase for another garment, you are welcome to do so.
We will send Courier Guy to collect the garment you wish to swop.
We will require your address and a time we can collect.

The terms of our returns policy are set out above and are accepted by you, upon checking out your cart.
Notify us if any of our products are flawed. We go to great lengths to check that our garments are free of defects but sometimes they get past us. On the rare occasion that we supply any of our products that are defective, we will replace the garment or refund you.
If the item was a gift, you may like to contact us with the name of the person who gave you the gift. ( ie the purchaser )
